Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Thriving Mom Club website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of Thriving Mom Club.

Description of Services

Thriving Mom Club provides coaching, community, and wellness resources for mothers, including:

• The Thriving Mom Sisterhood membership program
• Community features (posts, comments, discussions)
• Video content and educational resources
• Group coaching calls and webinars
• Journaling and check-in tools
• Free resources (webinars, downloadable guides)

Membership and Billing

Subscription Plans

The Thriving Mom Sisterhood is available as a monthly ($29/month) or annual ($295/year) subscription. Annual membership includes a 15% discount.

Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Prices are in USD.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or unused time

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to services, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We use magic link authentication for security. Do not share your login links with others.

Community Guidelines

Our community is a safe, supportive space for moms. When participating in our community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Keep discussions supportive and constructive
• Respect others' privacy and personal boundaries
• Not share other members' personal information outside the community
• Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Not post content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
• Not use the community for commercial solicitation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content provided through Thriving Mom Club, including videos, guides, graphics, and written materials, is owned by Thriving Mom Club and protected by copyright. Members may access this content for personal use only and may not redistribute, sell, or share it with non-members.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in our community (posts, comments, journal entries). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within our platform. Your private journal entries remain private and are not shared with other members.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide valuable support and resources, we cannot guarantee specific results. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our services but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriving Mom Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or our community guidelines. Upon termination, your right to access member content ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
